Office Administration (in-house)

* hourly rate range $30 to $35 *

(servicing Chilliwack, BC) 

  • small business set-ups (eg., letterhead, forms, set up filing systems, work flow processes/systems)

  • receptionist duties (answer telephone, greet visitors)

  • manage emails

  • manage calendar

  • scheduling (coordinate/manage meetings, appointments)

  • arrange and schedule couriers

  • light bookkeeping duties

    • accounts receivable​

    • accounts payable

    • month-end bank and credit card reconciliations

    • payment of invoices / generate quotes and invoices

    • day-to-day bookkeeping tasks

  • maintain or update current filing systems​

  • inventory and order office supplies

  • recruit and train new staff members

  • website maintenance
